I recently completed a challenging 10-day meditation course, meditating up to 14 hours a day. During this time, I had a brief moment where I felt myself leave my body, floating weightlessly as everything around me faded. My mind and heart became utterly calm, and I felt one with the cosmos. The experience of witnessing glowing celestial bodies through my mind’s eye inspired this abstract piece.
